By creating an account or using Lively, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
USER CONDUCT AND SAFETY
You agree not to post or share any content that is abusive, offensive, obscene, illegal, or otherwise violates these Terms. Lively has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Lively strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including creation, sharing or solicitation of content involving minors in sexual or harmful contexts. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
By using the Lively App, parents or legal guardians agree to supervise all activity of children under 13. Children may not create, share, or view any content that is inappropriate, offensive, abusive, or otherwise unsuitable for minors. Lively is designed for safe, age-appropriate use and does not permit the exchange of personal information or explicit material. Violations of this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of the child’s account at our discretion. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of these terms by both the child and their guardian.
You may report inappropriate content or behavior using the “Report” feature or block another user using the “Block User” option. We reserve the right to suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or share on Lively. By posting content, you grant Lively a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform.
We may remove or restrict content that violates community standards or applicable law.Payments and Virtual Currency
Our app includes a virtual currency called “Cookies.” Users can purchase Cookies using Apple Pay, Stripe (card payments), PayPal, Bitcoin, Fincra, or Apaylo depending on their region.
Cookies can be used to send gifts, tips, or rewards to other users, including during live streams and posts. Eligible users may redeem Cookies for money through approved withdrawal partners.
All transactions are processed securely through verified payment providers and comply with Apple’s payment policies.
Privacy and Data Use
All information about transactions made on our Platform is secured and confidential. When you use our Platform to collect or send “Cookies” or perform other transactions, we use the information to process your payment securely.
Your credit or debit card information is never stored. For cash-out requests, we may collect limited information such as contact or banking details to process withdrawals.
We use location information to help show nearby users, display user markers on maps, and enhance user discovery experiences. Date of birth is collected to display birthday cards on user profiles, if applicable.

When you use Lively to communicate, the people or businesses you interact with can see your messages and actions. Other users may see your engagement, such as likes, comments, and views on stories or posts.
Product research and development
We use the information we have to develop, test and improve our Products, including by conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new products and features.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Lively is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality. To the extent permitted by law, Lively will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lively at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
